The Role of Startups in Creating Employment and the Economic Cycle (Case Study of Iran)

A country's economy thrives when the groundwork is laid for innovation and presence in competitive global markets. Moving towards innovation and making changes in product and service combinations is in the realm of a start-up business. In this study, using a descriptive research method and collecting library resources, the role of start-up in the economy and job creation in Iran was studied and analyzed. It has a fundamental role in creating employment in Iran, especially by the university community, and it accelerates the economic cycle, so efforts should be made to remove the obstacles and problems facing this issue.
