Abstract:

In this study, while reviewing the historical background, definitions, and theoretical foundations related to leadership and self-leadership, the researcher looks at previous research to analyze some of the models presented in the studies on self-leadership strategies and their effects on economic systems and Social payment. Based on the results of studies, recognizing systemic attitude and application of systemic thinking by officials and stakeholders, is necessary to better understand the problems and issues of the organization and the application of systemic thinking can affect the performance of managers and the effectiveness of organizations. . The research gap that the researcher found in this study is that the subject of systemic thinking and the study of its effects on organizational phenomena, especially self-leadership, innovative behavior and organizational effectiveness, is not well explained. In this study, after reviewing the studies and models presented in previous studies, it is observed that in none of the researches has been studied and presented a model for self-leadership on innovative behavior and individual and organizational performance. The concept of self-management seems to have significant potential for use in today's organizational environments that are separated by empowerment and decentralized structures. In fact, self-leadership is often considered as a major mechanism to facilitate empowerment. Therefore, this study designed a model for self-leadership of managers using systems thinking on three major strategies such as behavior-oriented strategy, constructive thinking and natural rewards in order to provide solutions to improve effectiveness and individual and organizational performance through innovative behavior used. To be placed. It should be noted that in the systemic approach of holistic components, indirect impact, evaluation of importance and use of multidimensional views have a significant impact on the quantity and quality of self-leadership skills.
