Abstract:

One of the suggested ways to help chronic patients (hypertensive patients) to better manage their disease is to use the telemedicine system that is now widely available and their use is growing rapidly around the world. . So far, many researchers have done research in this area, but most of these researchers focus on some telecommunication systems such as GPRS, ۳G and WIMAX. In fact, Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) network has the highest usage rate, generality and coverage level. As a result, telecommunications companies are looking to increase the coverage of their GSM servers. Therefore, in this research, we propose a telemedicine system based on GSM communication technology. In this paper, a wireless body area network (WBAN) is used to measure blood pressure, which uses a telemedicine system to transmit blood pressure information using GSM technology. In addition, to do this, he has used two methods, Impedance Plethysmo Graph (IPG) and Pulse Transition Time (PTT), to measure blood pressure, and finally, he compares these two methods using MATLAB software. In addition, in this study, a new non-invasive method for continuous measurement of cuff-free blood pressure was evaluated. Finally, the results indicate that by determining the values of constant coefficients in this method, the resulting error is small and it can be used to continuously measure blood pressure in people with unstable blood pressure and send blood pressure information by GSM technology to remote locations. , And used in monitoring devices.
