Abstract:

The purpose of the current research is to explain the organizational learning ability among nurses in Tabriz teaching hospitals based on organizational knowledge management. This research is practical in terms of purpose. According to the data collection method, it is descriptive-correlation research. The ۲۰۶۹ nurses from the teaching hospitals in Tabriz City make up the research's statistical population, and ۳۲۵ persons made up the research sample, which was determined using Morgan's table and a stratified-proportional sampling technique. The Neefe (۲۰۰۱) Organizational Learning Questionnaire and a questionnaire created using the Wiig (۱۹۹۳) knowledge management paradigm were used to collect the data. The research questions were analysed using the statistical method of multiple linear regression. The obtained results showed the components of creation, acquisition, organization, and dissemination of knowledge in predicting organizational learning; the components of creation, acquisition, organization, and knowledge storage in predicting the development of employees' competence; the components of organization, dissemination, and application of knowledge in predicting knowledge sharing; the components of creation, organization, and dissemination of knowledge in predicting the shared vision; the components of organizing and disseminating knowledge in predicting teamwork and learning; the components of creation, organization, acquisition, and storage of knowledge in the prediction of systemic thinking; the components of knowledge creation and storage in predicting organizational culture, and the components of creation and application in predicting leadership play a role.
