Abstract:
Due to Global warming in recent years, the temperature has been increasing every day. Inaddition its causing more heavy rain and floods. It's really important to monitoring natural disasters like floods and runoff so we can reduce their bad impact on humans life. This study focuses how much rainfall and runoff had effect on the Galkish basin using the Google Earth Engine platform. The results from graph of rainfall_ runoff showed that there was raising in rainfall and runoff in the Galkish region between ۲۰۲۰ and ۲۰۲۲. Also parameters which are R, K, LS, C, and P were employed to figure out how much soil erosion happened over two years. The results showed that about ۸۵% of the soil in the Galkish region eroded quickly. This erosion is mostly caused by the runoff in the area and it also makes water polution. Considering the importance of examining high-risk areas for runoff and soil erosion, monitoring these areas can be useful for preventing and managing future crises.
