This article examines the punishment of Taliban children who have committedterrorist acts and are controlled by the Taliban government.we alson examine themost basic rights recognized by the Declaration of Human Rights and state howthe Taliban government violates these rights .In criminology, the most importantissue for choosing a punishment is Its effect.this paper provides the diffrent typesof punishment and tries to bring the criminal children back to the society bypresenting a solution. the world intends to show a serious reaction to thesechildren, but it is definitely more important to correct these children and try tohelp them by placing them in care centers so that they can live in society like anew start .
