Abstract:

One of the most common childhood disorders is ADHD (Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), which is basically of two types. In the first type, the child has a lot of energy and is difficult to calm down, and in the second type, which is more common, the child has problems in the realm of attention. These children have more academic problems than their peers. They are excluded from society, or have behavioral problems and become antisocial during school and face many problems in the years after. In Iran, one of the drugs available to treat this disorder is Ritalin, which according to international standards is not suitable for children under six years. Therefore, better methods should be sought, including proper training of parents. This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the necessity of correct education and the interactive pattern of parents and school teachers in order to improve the severity or improvement of ADHD symptoms in children with the disorder. This research was conducted as a case study and the materials used were prepared through searching in databases and finally sixty articles were examined and their feedback was used in the research. The results obtained from the surveys showed that the prevalence of hyperactivity disorder in boys is three times that of girls, and this disorder is more common in the ages of ۶ to ۱۲ years. Correctly teaching parents and creating appropriate interactive patterns, such as an interactive pattern of acceptance and appropriate control, can be effective in reducing ADHD symptoms. Doing practical and creative work in schools, as well as avoiding theoretical education, can help these children increase accuracy and learning. According to studies, the most effective method is a combination of drug therapy and behavioral therapy, because each of them improves a number of cases and, in total, can help improve symptoms.
