Abstract:
A clean, simple, one-pot, synthesis of some important pyranopyrazole derivatives via a four-component tandem reaction of aromatic aldehydes, ethylacetoacetate, malononitril and hydrazine hydridein the presence of nano- Mn(bpdo)2Cl2/MCM-41 as catalyst was carried out under green and environmentallybenign conditions because of water media leads to 6-amino-3-alkyl-4-aryl-5-cyano-1,4-dihydro pyrano [2,3-c] pyrazol. They have useful biological and pharmacological properties, such as antimicrobial, insecticidal,anticancer, and anti-inflammatory. Furthermore, some of these compounds are commonly in employment suchas cosmetics and pigments. The aqueous medium and the reaction with green and recyclable nanocatalysis offer a fast and eco-friendly method for the synthesis of pyranopyrazoles. This method has advantages including mild condition, short reaction time, and high yield, using nanocatalysis as a nontoxic and recyclable catalysis and using water as a clean solvent.
