A personal computer has been used for simulating a new configuration of Thyristor Switched Capacitor compensator system coupled with simulation of a reactive power measurement unit, and a heavy inductive randomly varying power system load Computed bus voltage variations are
processed by flicker meter software developed by the U.K K. Electricity council for use in industry.
