An atrificial intelligent decision making based methodology for disconnection/connection policy in emergency conditions abstract
In this paper the dynamic time tabling + or disconnection or connection of different consumption region in emergency conditions of power dispatching systems in studied as a real time decision making problem. The decision making is based on the weighting of some main factors such as population and the number or the area of hospitals , high buildings, …. And the raring a+ the effects a+ these factors in the considered decisions.
In the methodology introduced hare different commitments of consumptions are considered as alternative methods which are candidates to overcome the problem of outages in urgent condition. The different possible commitments are sorted in descending priorities depending an the decision factors calculated for each commitment based an their weights and the rates of their effects in decisions. And then the appro priate commitment is selected depending an the available power in mega watts. A system of 5 power generating plants and 5 consumption regions is simulated using digital simula, …. Tion of stochastic systems to demonstrate the utilization of the introduced methodology in a time problem.
