APPLICATION OF INOVATIVE CTM IN LONGTERM LOAD FORECASTING WITHOUT HAVING ENOUGH CONSUMPTION HISTORY

This paper presents a new procedure based on cluster templates method in long term load forecasting . In this regard, provided computer program will be illustrated. This program is a part of general distribution mechanization program which is being constructed for analyzing and solving problems of total distribution networks of country. The adopted method in the program, considering problems, due to lack of enough information from long consumption history is very appropriate in the most distribution companies. In this program, method of division of region , into the small areas is used, and fore casting is based on inductive approach. Therefore, the program is not only have some advantages in power generation planning, but it is very appropriate in distribution networks design.
