EFFECT OF AVR, GOV AND PSS ON POWER SYSTEM STABILITY

Due to the huge investment needed for developing power system, finding optimum solution is very important. Power system stability makes an essential role in planning studies. In this paper we demonstrate that because of lack of information for these controllers. using standard models and typical data for AVR and GOV leads us to appropriate solution in stability analysis for interconnected network. It is important to note that not using these controllers in our studies usually result in power system instabilities which are not actually true.
