OPPORTUNITIES OF ADJUSTABLE REACTIVE POWER COMPENSATION WITH THE HELP OF COMBINED TRANSFORMER - CONDENSER DEVICES.

Opportunities of adjustable compensation of reactive power with the help of combined transformercondenser devices, in particular with application of one of the most simple diagram of windings connection of PST are considered. It is established, that the nature of dependence of consumed reactive power on regulation of factor of transformation in such devices is defined by the diagram of windings connection, and also parameters of the transformer and condenser battery. Modes of operations of some variants of the circuits are investigated at different parities of parameters of their elements. Conditions and ratios of parameters of elements are revealed, at which there are the resonant modes and modes, which provide smooth regulation of reactive power at the change of factor of transformation.
