Abstract:

Interactive planning, according to the principles of systems thinking and interactive management, is used as a tool to increase to control managers over the future and to show response effectively to unpredictable changes used to make the desirable future. Prerequisite for codifying and successful implementation of interactive planning in organizations is to identify effective factors and prioritize to perform them and to incorporate them in the planning process. In this study, according to the principles of interactive planning, effective factors in order to being dynamic and to create a desirable future for organizations using the study literature factors and important criteria was identified and having used of expert opinions and statistical analysis of results, 12 factors and 7 important criteria were extracted. Then the experts' opinions were collected at Plascokar Saipa Company (PS) to prioritize the factors and the options were prioritized after calculations by Fuzzy TOPSIS technique in software.The identified effective indices in this study are as follows: accurate and timely management decisions, the principle of continuance and partnership, identifying strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and threats, analysis and continuous evaluation of processes, growth & development & profitability, organizational contradictions and conflicts, identifying the sustainable competitive advantage of the resources of organization by VRIO attributes. The 12 prioritized factors in order are as follows: effective means & resource planning, formulating the mess, continuous environmental analysis, leadership style and management style, Effective ends planning, cause and effective relationship instead of regression thinking, innovation and creativity, organizational culture and commitment, skills in planning, information systems performance, dynamic organizational structure, and high flexibility. Considering the identified and prioritized factors in this study, organizations should control and make the desirable future via prompt and effective response to unpredictable changes.
