Abstract:

زندگی مردم زیادی در جهان با وقوع حوادث و بیماری های غیر قابل پیشبینی میتواند دچار مخاطرات بسیاری شود. اغلب حوادث و یا بیماری ها ی ناگهانی بعلت تاثیرات مستقیم با جان انسان ها به امداد سریع نیاز دارند و نتیجه نهایی امداد متاثر از مدت زمان کمک رسانی خواهد بود ضمن آنکه محدودیت های مالی و درمانی منجر به پیدایش راه حل مناسب میشود. شناسایی فضای مساله امداد رسانی و ادراک آن در اتخاذ روی کرد صحیح پاسخگویی لازم است. فرایند برنامه ریزی مدیریت و کنترل جریان مواد امدادی برای مردم حادثه دیده و بیماران را لجستیک امداد گویند. زمانی که با منابع در دسترس بهترین خدمات امدادی را به نیاز مندان رسانده شود لجستیک امداد پدیدار میشود. یکپارچگی تصمیم گیری در خصوص لجستیک امداد با توجه به مدل های بهینه سازی در نهایت به ایجاد شرایط بهتر می انجامد از طرفی با توجه غیر قابل پیش بینی بودن تقاضای امداد رسانی برای برنامه ریزی مناسبتر باید شرایط راغیر قطعی بررسی کرد که این موجب پیچیده تر شدن تصمیم گیری در این موضوع نیز میشود مادر این مقاله به بررسی یکپارچه و چند مرحله ای مکانیابی تخصیص و مسیر یابی اورژانس در شرایط عدم قطعیت می پردازیم که همواره پاسخی استوار را دارا باشد تا در مقابل شرایط گوناگون دچار کمترین تغییرات شود .
