Abstract:
In recent years, the synthesis of green metal nanoparticles has been usedas a suitable alternative to chemical and physical methods. This is oneof the environmentally friendly methods due to the non-use ofpollutants and toxic object. In this research, we prepare and study silvernanoparticles from the extract of Piche Amin Al-Dawlah plant. Therefore, the absorption spectrum of Nano-silver formation wasperformed at different times (0, 2.5, 3.5 and 6.5 hours) at laboratorytemperature, which is the maximum the wavelength of 324 nm wasobtained after 6.5 hours. For SEM and DEX tests, three materials ofGelatin, tragacanth and PVP were used for stabilizers. The resultsobtained from SEM tests in all three substrates showed the formation ofwhite and spherical silver nanoparticles with a size of 20-60 nm. Also, according to the results of DEX tests, it was found that the weightpercentage of silver in the solution of stabilizing Gelatin extract is0.07% in the solution, solution with PVP stabilizer is 0.13%and in thesolution, solution with tragacanth stabilizing is 0.12%. In general, PVP,tragacanth and Gelatin compounds can be used as a substrate forantimicrobial film. So that the results of scanning electron microscopy(SEM) images and X-ray element scattering spectrum (DEX) showedthe presence of silver nanoparticles and its uniform scattering.
