Abstract:
Increasing the efficiency of perovskite solar cells due to the problem of instability is one of the challenging problems in this field. The use of different chemical materials as well as organic materials or the use of polymer compounds is one of the alternative options in the different layers of perovskite solar cells. Due to the lack of stability in conditions such as humidity and air, perovskite solar cells have always undergone fundamental changes in their different layers in order to fix this defect. The use of polymers such as polyaniline or the use of graphene as well as oxide compounds such as graphene oxide (GO) and reduced graphene oxide (RGO) has been one of the solutions used. In this research, as a laboratory model, by using changes in the structure of graphene and graphene oxide, as well as using graphene doping, we have been able to increase the productivity to an acceptable level and make a comparison between the previous methods and our own innovative method. Increase in productivity by ۳.۵% compared to when empty graphene is used. Also, the I-V diagram shows the increase in current and voltage in a certain period of time.
