Abstract:
Owners of resources in mobile grids with financial incentives put their resources to another for using and Customers can also pay for the resources they use. Users of mobile grid can request optimizing strategy of time and cost as a quality of service. As a result scheduling system by using of a proper algorithm should allocate resources to independent tasks of user so that would minimize time and cost parameters. Hence in this paper regarding to user needs two scheduling algorithms introduce based on algorithm of Particle swarm optimization (PSO) which by using of mutation and expanding population, will be find best scheduling scheme for user tasks and avoid from quick convergence of algorithm.
