Abstract:

In this article, detailed relationships are presented to consider increased soil stiffness under foundation corners. These relationships with the help of three-dimensional modeling of eight footings with different widths placed on the soil environment have been obtained. During an earthquake, the behavior of the soil under the foundation plays an important role in the response He plays instruments.
