Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to study a high-performance system, seawater and wastewater desalination, and vapor transfer under sub-atmospheric pressure. The study investigated the state of the flow control of transmission pipes and proposed a three-step mechanism for water production in evaporation, transport, and condensation. The system collects rainwater and sewage from the city of Berlin, then purifies it and transfers it to the mountain of Drachenberg with a different altitude of ۹۹ meters. Due to the temperature difference between evaporation and condensation, the pressure difference causes the vapor to flow from the part of the evaporation to the part of condensation on the mountain. In order to solve an analytic problem with the assumption of a steady state that is as close as possible to reality, the basis of the calculation will be considered. In this study, a case study has been carried out for the target region in Berlin. According to the results, distilled and transported water is calculated for a transmission pipe with a diameter of one meter, ۳۰۰۰ cubic meters per year, and for a pipe with a diameter of ۲ m, ۱۶۰۰۰ cubic meters.
