The world is facing a significant increase in the elderly population, and under the conditions of global aging along with the weakening of care for the elderly, families have an increasing demand for elderly care in centralized centers. This research is of a descriptive type and in the category of applied research and its information is collected in a comparative manner, also this study will seek to provide solutions to improve vitality and improve the quality of the living environment of the elderly, The results of the research findings emphasize the following points: paying attention to the mental and physical psychology of the elderly in the design of using light and color in indoor and outdoor spaces to give spirit and warmth and a sense of intimacy and belonging to the space in order to establish more interaction and communication between people and create a different feeling in the user than Indoor and outdoor spaces by using green architecture by creating platforms with a circular shape and structure for sitting and fountains to beautify the space and natural site to enjoy the environment while diversifying the space to increase dynamism have had very positive effects on increasing the vitality of the elderly environment. It is hoped that its findings will be of great help to policymakers in planning and designing spaces for elderly citizens.
