- توسعه روشهاي توليد محتواي ديجيتالي در شهرهاي الكترونيكي
بر اساس اهداف فوق محورهاي كنفرانس در دو بخش " مباني نظري " و " معرفي خدمات تعاملي " تقسيم شده است. مشخصا خدمات تعاملي به خدمات دو سويه‌اي اطلاق مي‌شود كه كاربر بدون نياز به حضور فيزيكي در ادارات، سازمانها، فروشگاهها، درمانگاهها و ساير سازمانهاي خدماتي كار خود را انجام دهد.
